Regenix offers a special introductory package (the Regenix Natural Hair Loss Treatment Starter Kit), which can be ordered exclusively online. If you are not satisfied with this kit within 30 days, contact us for a refund. It is designed to get you through stage 1 of the program, and consists of a 30 day supply (when used as directed) of biopharmaceutical hair loss treatment and hygiene products, for $249.

Afterwards, for stage 2 and stage 3, Regenix gives you the option of pre-paying for hair loss treatment at a discount. The larger the number of pre-paid treatments, the less the cost per treatment becomes. Monthly Cost of an active program can range from $150 to $300, depending on the severity of treatment required for each specific customer and number of pre-paid treatments. Do you perform the micro analysis or send the hair samples to a lab?

All hair analysis is performed on site at our Regenix Hair Research Clinic in Los Angeles.

How long will it take to get the results of the initial hair-micro analysis?

Analysis results are usually sent out within two weeks. With the Starter Kit, you need to send us your hair samples as soon as you start using the kit. This way, your results will be ready by the time you've used the treatments in the kit.

How will I receive the results of my hair micro analysis?

Regenix hair micro analysis results are usually sent by e-mail, however regular mail can be used upon request. You will receive a detailed letter explaining any problems that were identified along with microphotographs of your hair samples (the number of microphotographs depends on the number of usable hair samples received).

My micro analysis results indicated that I would be an ideal Regenix candidate, what should I do now?

My hair micro analysis results indicated that I'm not an ideal Regenix candidate. What do you recommend I do?

If you are not a good candidate for the Regenix Hair Loss Treatment, you should make sure that there are no underlying health issues contributing to you hair loss - blood work, endocrinology analysis, nutrition, etc. We would still recommend the use of Regenix hygiene products to help prevent future problems, or in conjunction with other hair loss treatments, or a transplant.

Although not necessary for a Regenix program, the fiber optics exam is very informative for the client, and enables Regenix to further fine tune the treatment formula.

What is the Regenix Starter kit? What exactly is in it?

The Regenix Starter Kit consists of 12 bio-pharmaceutical hair loss treatments (a 30 day supply -when used as directed-), the three hygiene products that are used in conjunction with the treatment; forms for sending in hair samples for the first hair micro analysis, and instructions. 

How long will the Regenix Starter kit last?

The Regenix Starter Kit is designed to last one month. Most clients notice positive changes in their scalp conditions after two weeks.

What if I start the Starter Kit, only to be told I'm not a good candidate for Regenix after the hair micro analysis?

The Instructional Video mentions a heating cap. Is it possible to order it?

Heat caps are available for sale on our website. If you wash your hair daily, the easiest way to apply treatment is right out of the shower - the warmth of the shower opens and dilates the follicles, then simply towel dry and apply your treatment. Some people might prefer to apply the treatment at another time though, and in this case the heat cap is recommended.

Can Regenix hair loss treatments be used while taking medications?

Although Regenix hair loss treatments can be used to eliminate scalp problems while a client is taking medications, certain medications have contra-indications regarding hair and can interfere with the positive results achieved after scalp problems have been removed.If you are using medications, you should make sure to let us know when you fill out the hair micro analysis questionnaire.

Can Regenix hair loss treatments be used with other hair care products?

Regenix recommends that only Regenix hygiene and styling products be used while in the Regenix hair loss Program. The Regenix hygiene products are designed to be used in conjunction with Regenix hair loss treatments in order to remove the treatment from the scalp along with any debris that has been emulsified. 

Can Regenix treatments be used with other hair loss treatments and transplants?

Many people use Regenix along with other drug-based hair loss treatments. Often, because of a fear of side effects, they want to stop the drug-based hair loss treatment, but do not want to regress. So they use Regenix along with the drug for a time to eliminate the problems below the scalp, then they wean off the hair loss drug and Regenix, and are better able to maintain their results and not regress.

Many clients also benefit from Regenix hair loss treatments before hair transplantation to stabilize the thinning process and enhance the donor hair, and again after transplantation to strengthen the hair in and around the transplant hair for a more natural appearance.

Can Regenix hair loss treatments be used by women who are pregnant orbreast-feeding?

Because Regenix hair loss treatments are not drugs, and do not penetrate into the blood stream, they can be used while pregnant or breast-feeding.

Can Regenix treatments be used during or after chemotherapy?

What are the three stages of the Regenix Hair Loss Treatment?

The Regenix treatment program consists of three stages, followed by simple maintenance:

  • Stage 1 - Local - ( 1 month *) :Formulated to reduce dandruff, itching, dryness, oiliness, and poor circulation, it prepares the scalp and cleanses the follicle entrances.

- Reduce inactive skin cell buildup on the scalp.

- Emulsify built-up sebum in the follicle entrances.

- Normalize excessively dry or oily scalp conditions.

Absolutely. Simply return the unused portion of the Starter Kit within 30 days for a full refund.

How is the 30-day refund period defined?, and when must the Starter Kit be returned by?

The unused portion of the Starter Kit must be returned within 30 days after you received the kit.

What is the correct procedure for returning the Starter Kit? Do I need an RMA number?

No RMA number is necessary. Simply return the unused portion with a note letting us know who you are, and why you were not pleased with the Regenix program.

Will I be notified once you've received back the Starter Kit?

No. Once Regenix has received the returned Starter Kit, and we have identified your customer information, a refund is immediately issued on the individual's credit card. Depending on your bank, it can take from a few days to a few weeks for the refund to appear on your statement.

The Patented Regenix Hair Enhancement System has helped tens of thousands of people enjoy a healthier scalp and fuller, thicker hair. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Regenix “Starter” or “Introductory Kit”, simply return all unused product within 30 days for a full refund, less shipping charges. Beyond the Starter and Introductory Kit, the second and third stage, and maintenance treatments are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
